What the fee covers
Scope, not outcomes. Everything below is work we do every week, and it is the whole list — if something is not here, assume it is not included and ask on the call.
ICP and targeting, built with you
A 45-minute kickoff, then we write the ideal-customer profile, the disqualifiers and the buying signals into Nova and tune them against the first weeks of real replies.
Lead sourcing, reviewed by a human
Lead Radar finds and ranks candidates daily. Our team reads the list before anyone is contacted — off-ICP, competitors and current customers are removed, not messaged.
Warm-up before the invite
Every lead is viewed, and their posts liked or commented on, before the connection request goes out. That is the product’s default and we do not switch it off to move faster.
Messages written in your voice
We build the sequences from your positioning and the research Nova pulls on each lead, then keep rewriting the openers based on what gets answered.
Email run as the second channel
Sent from your own mailbox and your own domain, not a lookalike. Two jobs: the day-7 move on invites nobody ever accepted, and email-only campaigns off a list you already have. We find missing work addresses before writing.
Replies handled to the handoff
We work both inboxes daily — LinkedIn and email land in the same place — answer the qualifying questions and push interested people to your calendar link. The call itself is yours.
Both channels kept safe
The LinkedIn account and the mailbox each get their own warm-up ramp and their own daily budget, never a shared pool. We check SPF, DKIM and DMARC before the first email and watch the health events on both.
What we don't do
Being clear about this is cheaper for both of us than finding out in month two.
- We don't promise a number of calls. No booked-call guarantee, no reply-rate target, no pipeline figure. We commit to the scope above and to the account staying healthy.
- We don't take the sales call. Interested replies get pushed to your calendar. You run the meeting and you close.
- We don't send from accounts that aren't yours. No bought profiles, no rented seats, no shared senders.
- We don't trade safety for volume. Warm-up stays on, the daily budget stays where the account has earned it, and we will say no to "can we just send more this week".
- We don't hit the same person on both channels at once. A campaign runs one channel. Email reaches a LinkedIn lead only after an invite has gone unanswered for seven days, and a reply on either channel stops everything else queued for that person.
- We don't buy lists or send from a lookalike domain. Email goes out from your own mailbox on your own domain, with one-click unsubscribe on every send and a bounce or an opt-out never mailed twice. No purchased databases, no throwaway sending domains.
What we need from you
- Your LinkedIn account, connected to Nova (we never buy, rent or share accounts)
- A mailbox on your own domain — Google over OAuth, or any host over SMTP and IMAP (Outlook, Exchange, Zoho, self-hosted)
- DNS access once, so SPF, DKIM and DMARC can be corrected before a single email goes out
- A calendar link for booked calls
- 45 minutes for kickoff, then about 30 minutes a week to approve direction
- Your positioning: who you sell to, what you charge, what you are not
The first 30 days
Nothing is invited in week one. New or quiet accounts get engagement only for the first several days — that is the product's own warm-up rule and it applies to managed clients exactly as it does to everyone else.
| When | Stage | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Days 1–3 | Kickoff and setup | Positioning call. LinkedIn account and mailbox connected, SPF/DKIM/DMARC checked and fixed, ICP and disqualifiers written into Nova, sequences drafted for your review. |
| Days 4–10 | Warm-up, both channels | LinkedIn is engagement only — profile views, likes and comments on your targets, no invites yet if the account is new or has been quiet. A new mailbox starts at a handful of sends a day on its own separate ramp. |
| Days 11–30 | Outreach at ramp | Invites and DMs inside the account’s daily budget; email inside the mailbox’s. Both step up only as each earns it. Invites still unaccepted after 7 days get picked up by email. Replies worked daily. |
| Month 2 on | Iterate | Openers, subject lines and targeting rewritten against what actually got answered, per channel. A short written update every week. |
Who this is for
Founders and small sales teams who have a working offer and no one to run outreach — the ICP is known, the calls convert, and the bottleneck is that nobody has 90 minutes a day for it. It is also a fit if you tried a tool, stalled at setup, and would rather buy the outcome of using it than the software.
It is a poor fit if you are still working out who you sell to, if you need volume above what one LinkedIn account and one mailbox can safely send, or if you want a per-meeting price. In the first case, start with the lead-generation guide and the $99 plan — that is the cheaper way to find out what works.
Questions
What does managed LinkedIn and email outreach cost?
Nova Managed is $1,500 per month, month to month. There is no setup fee, no minimum term and no percentage of closed revenue. The Nova platform seat is included in that price — you are not billed for the software separately. It is invoiced in USD; India's 18% GST does not apply, as this is an export of services.
Whose LinkedIn account and mailbox do you send from?
Yours, on both. You connect your own LinkedIn account and your own mailbox to Nova and we work inside them. Nova does not buy, rent or share LinkedIn accounts, and email goes out from your domain rather than a lookalike sending domain — we check SPF, DKIM and DMARC before the first send and fix them if they are wrong. We will not run outreach from an account that is not the client’s own: it is against LinkedIn’s terms and it is the fastest route to a restriction.
Is email included, or is this LinkedIn only?
Both channels are included in the same fee. LinkedIn is the primary one — engagement, then a personal invite, then a DM sequence. Email does two jobs alongside it: it picks up leads whose invite has gone unanswered for seven days, and it runs campaigns of its own off a list you already have, sent from your mailbox. A campaign runs one channel, so nobody is worked on LinkedIn and email at the same moment, and a reply on either channel stops everything else queued for that person. Mailboxes connect over Google OAuth or SMTP and IMAP with any host — Outlook, Exchange, Zoho or self-hosted. If a lead has no work address on file, we look one up before writing.
Do you guarantee a number of booked calls?
No. We do not publish or promise a call count, a reply rate or a pipeline figure, because the honest answer depends on your offer, your market and your profile — none of which we control. What we commit to is the scope on this page: the targeting, the warm-up, the messages, the replies worked daily, and the account kept inside safe limits. If you want a guaranteed number, an agency that sells one is a better fit than we are.
How is this different from just buying the software?
The product is the same either way — same Lead Radar, same warm-up, same safety governor, same two channels. On a Growth plan at $99 a month you run it yourself: you write the ICP, review the lead lists, approve the LinkedIn messages and the emails, and work both inboxes. On Managed at $1,500 a month our team does that work and you review the direction weekly. Buy the software if you have someone to run it; buy Managed if you don't.
Can I cancel?
Month to month, so yes — tell us before the next invoice and it stops. There is no notice period and no exit fee. Your Nova workspace, leads, message history and inbox stay yours; if you want to keep running outreach yourself afterwards, you move onto a normal plan and nothing is lost. Email hello@joinnova.ai to cancel.
How many clients do you take?
A deliberately small number at a time. This is hands-on work — a human reads the lead lists and the replies every day — so capacity is real and we would rather say we are full than take a client we cannot run properly. If there is no slot when you book, we will tell you on the call.
Book a call
Thirty minutes. We ask who you sell to and what has been tried, tell you whether Managed is the right call or the software on its own is enough, and confirm whether there is a slot open. No deck.
