Why Nova exists
Most LinkedIn outreach tools are senders. They take a list, fire connection requests and messages at it, and leave you to deal with the two predictable results: prospects who ignore templated outreach, and LinkedIn restricting the account that sent it.
Nova was built to run the whole motion instead — finding leads that match your ideal customer profile, researching them individually, warming them up with real engagement before any invite, and drafting messages, voice notes and content in your voice. Every action passes through a safety governor with per-account budgets that ramp as the account earns trust, and nothing reaches a prospect without your approval.
Who builds it
Nova is built and operated by Shubham Maurya, its founder, from Surat, Gujarat, India. Being founder-led is not a placeholder for a team page we forgot to write — it is how the product gets built: every workspace onboarded during the beta is set up hands-on, the ideal customer profile tuned together, and the feedback goes straight into the product.

What Nova looks like
This is Lead Radar, the view most workspaces live in: leads discovered overnight against your ideal customer profile, each with a verdict and the evidence behind it, waiting for a human to approve or skip.
About the numbers we quote
The homepage says 0 accounts restricted on warm-up. Here is exactly what that counts: across every LinkedIn account connected to Nova during the private beta, none has been restricted by LinkedIn while under Nova's warm-up ramp — the staged period where new accounts do engagement only, then earn per-action budgets week by week. It is a live number, not a slogan: a single restriction during warm-up would make it wrong, and we would change it. It does not claim LinkedIn can never restrict an account, and it says nothing about accounts outside Nova's pacing — that is precisely the point of having the governor in the loop.
How we work
- Safety before scale. Warm-up ramps, randomised pacing, and a live action ledger are not settings you can switch off in Nova — they are the architecture.
- You stay the sender. AI drafts; humans approve. Discovered leads are structurally unreachable by the messaging pipeline until someone approves them.
- Deliberately LinkedIn-only. Depth on the one channel where your buyers actually are, instead of shallow multichannel spray.
- Slow on purpose. Every new account starts on an engagement-only ramp with a per-account safety budget, so no workspace can sprint itself into a restriction.
The thinking behind all four is written up publicly: the complete LinkedIn outreach guide covers the system end to end, the account safety guide goes deep on the part we care most about, and the fact-checked comparisons show how we stack up against the tools you're probably also evaluating — competitor strengths conceded and all.
