Nova vs HeyReach

Written by the Nova team, so read it as one side's honest best effort. Every HeyReach claim below was checked against heyreach.io on 25 July 2026 — if we couldn't verify something, we left it out.

The short version

HeyReach and Nova are both LinkedIn-only outreach platforms — and they bet on opposite things. HeyReach is built for scale across senders: agencies running campaigns over many LinkedIn accounts with one inbox, whitelabel reporting and per-sender pricing. Nova is built for depth per account: autonomous lead discovery scored against your ICP, deep research feeding AI-drafted messages a human approves, engagement-based warm-up before every invite, and a safety governor that treats each account's limits as the hard constraint. If your bottleneck is "not enough senders," look at HeyReach. If it is "not enough qualified conversations per account," that is the problem Nova is built around.

What HeyReach does well

Genuine strengths, no hedging: HeyReach's multi-sender model — rotating one campaign across many LinkedIn accounts with a unified inbox — is the category reference for agency-scale outbound. The Agency plan ($999/mo as listed in July 2026) includes 25 senders, whitelabel and done-for-you onboarding, and there is an Unlimited tier ($2,999/mo) above it. It is self-serve with a free trial, and its blog is one of the most useful in the space.

The philosophical difference

Multi-sender rotation solves LinkedIn's per-account limits by adding accounts. That genuinely works for agencies with client accounts to run — it is also a volume strategy, and volume is the input LinkedIn's detection punishes and prospects increasingly ignore. Nova's bet is the opposite: make each account's limited actions count for more — better-qualified leads, real research, warm-up before the invite, and a governor that keeps every account inside its own safe budget. Which bet is right depends entirely on whether your constraint is sender count or conversation quality.

Choose HeyReach if

  • You are an agency running outreach across many client or team LinkedIn accounts today and need one inbox and whitelabel reporting over all of them.
  • You want a tool with a longer track record on multi-account agency sending — Nova is newer, and still in beta.
  • Your list-building is already handled and you mainly need execution at scale.

Choose Nova if

  • You want discovery, research, warm-up, messaging, inbox and content in one system that sees every action an account takes.
  • Account safety is non-negotiable — you want ramps, budgets and a governor enforced per account, not offered as settings.
  • You want AI to draft from real research with you approving every send, rather than templates at volume.

Frequently asked questions

Is Nova cheaper than HeyReach?

For a single sender, substantially: Nova Growth is $49/mo against HeyReach Growth at $79/mo per sender (both as listed in July 2026). At agency scale the comparison narrows and depends on sender count — Nova Agency is $749/mo for up to 25 LinkedIn accounts, HeyReach Agency is $999/mo including 25 senders, and both have higher unlimited tiers. Price is the wrong sole criterion, though: the products do different amounts of the work. HeyReach executes campaigns across many senders; Nova also handles discovery, research, per-lead warm-up and content in the same subscription. Compare on what you would still have to buy or do yourself alongside each. Both companies list pricing publicly, so verify current numbers before deciding — ours are on the homepage pricing section, HeyReach's at heyreach.io; the figures here were checked on the date shown at the top of this page.

Can Nova run multiple LinkedIn accounts like HeyReach?

Yes, with a different philosophy. Nova's Agency plan runs up to 25 LinkedIn accounts in one workspace (Unlimited removes the cap), each with its own safety budget, trust tier and warm-up ramp — limits are never pooled, because LinkedIn evaluates every account on its own behaviour. HeyReach's multi-sender model instead rotates one campaign across many accounts to multiply volume, which is genuinely effective for agency-scale execution and is the reason to pick HeyReach if rotation is specifically what you need. Nova deliberately does not rotate campaigns across accounts to add volume; it makes each account's limited actions count for more. Practically: agencies that want one campaign distributed across many senders should pick HeyReach; agencies that want each client's account run carefully within its own earned limits are exactly who Nova's Agency plan was designed and priced for.
