What a seat is
Vendors say sender, account, user or identity, but they mean the same thing: one LinkedIn profile that sends invites and messages. LinkedIn limits each account separately (roughly 100 connection requests a week for most accounts, as the limits guide explains), so more volume means more accounts, and every tool bills by the account. Two founders who each send from their own profile need two seats. One SDR sending for the whole team needs one.
Monthly cost at 1, 2, 5 and 10 seats
List price times seats, at the monthly rate. Euro prices are shown in euros, not converted. Every competitor figure is the one verified on our comparison page for that tool, on the date in the last column. Prices change, so confirm on the vendor's site.
| Tool | Plan priced | 1 seat | 2 seats | 5 seats | 10 seats | Checked |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nova | Growth $99/sender; Agency $399 for 5 + $69/extra | $99 | $198 | $399 | $744 | Our own price |
| HeyReach | Growth, $79/sender | $79 | $158 | $395 | $790 | 25 Jul 2026 |

| La Growth Machine | Basic, €60/identity (max 3) | €60 | €120 | — | — | 21 Oct 2026 |
| La Growth Machine | Pro, €120/identity | €120 | €240 | €600 | €1,200 | 21 Oct 2026 |
Notes on the rows. Nova's Agency plan ($399 for 5 senders, $69 per extra) is cheaper than Growth from 5 senders up, so the 5- and 10-seat figures use it; up to 4 senders, Growth at $99 each is cheaper. HeyReach also sells an Agency plan at $999/mo for 25 senders. Expandi lists agency pricing from 10 seats. La Growth Machine's Basic plan stops at 3 identities. Waalaxy lists multiple sender accounts and cold email only on Business, which is why both of its plans are shown.
What the price includes
The numbers above are not like for like. A sequencer sends the list and copy you bring it, so its price leaves out the work that decides results: finding leads who fit, researching them, writing a first message worth reading, and keeping the account safe while it sends. Before comparing totals, list what you would pay for separately or do by hand with each tool:
- Lead source. Does the tool find leads, or import the ones you found in a LinkedIn search or Sales Navigator?
- Research and copy. Does each first message come from research on that person, or a template with a first name in it?
- Email. Included on every plan, only on a higher tier, or bought separately?
- Inbox. One place for replies on both channels, or an add-on?
- Account safety. Limits the product enforces per account, or settings someone can raise?
Nova includes all of these on both plans: an ICP agent that finds and scores leads, research on each prospect, drafts you approve, email from your own mailbox, one inbox, and per-account daily budgets. That is why it is not the cheapest line in the table. If you already have the list and copy, a cheaper sequencer is the sensible buy, and the comparison pages each say when.
Which to shortlist, by team
- One founder, one account, tight budget: Waalaxy Pro or Dripify Basic, if you will build the list and write the messages yourself.
- Two or three people who each send: compare per-seat tools at 2–3 seats, and count the hours each spends on lists and research. The automation vs manual guide covers what a two-person team can realistically run.
- Five to ten senders, or an agency: look at plans priced for a group of senders — Nova Agency, HeyReach Agency — and at La Growth Machine Pro if you need one sequence across channels.
- Nobody on the team has time to run a tool: managed outreach at $1,500/mo, where Nova's team runs it from your account.
Frequently asked questions
How much does LinkedIn outreach software cost for a small team?
At monthly list prices checked on each vendor's site, one seat costs from €19 (Waalaxy Pro) to €120 (La Growth Machine Pro), with most tools between $59 and $99. Five seats run from €95 (Waalaxy Pro) to €600 (La Growth Machine Pro); Nova is $399 for five on its Agency plan, HeyReach $395 and Expandi $495. Ten seats run from €190 to €1,200, with Nova at $744. The cheapest tools automate sending and leave targeting, research and copy to you, so compare what each price includes, not only the number.
What does a seat mean in LinkedIn outreach pricing?
Almost always one LinkedIn account that sends. Vendors call it a sender, an account, a user or an identity, but the billing unit is the same: each LinkedIn profile that sends invites and messages is priced separately. That is because LinkedIn's limits are per account. A team of two founders who both send from their own profiles needs two seats, and a team where one person runs outreach from one profile needs one.
Which LinkedIn outreach tool is cheapest for a team of 5 to 10?
On list price, Waalaxy Pro: €95 for 5 users and €190 for 10, though its plan pages list multiple sender accounts and cold email only on Business, at €345 and €690. Among tools priced in dollars, Dripify Basic is lowest at $295 and $590. Nova's Agency plan is $399 for 5 senders and $744 for 10, with every feature included, which makes it cheaper than its own per-sender Growth price from 5 seats up. All figures are monthly list prices on the dates shown; most vendors discount quarterly or annual billing.
